I take this in the morning and the PM minerals at night. I’ve learned have necessary these supplements are to the body. Also helps me sleep.

This definitely helps get the digestive system moving. It does take a little bit of time about a week to two.
It's amazing that a product packed with so much nutrition can taste & dissolve so well.
I found out a few years ago that my body does not absorb supplements unless they are Methylated multivitamins. So it gives me peace of mind knowing I am getting the best absorption with all of the All-in-nutritionals products being methylated.

I have been using a very similar product (but one that’s not as robust in the beneficial ingredients as this), that I love, from a different company for several years but it’s quite expensive. Was hoping this could replace it but, 1. this contains Guarana Extract (my fault for not checking ingredients closer) which my system doesn’t tolerate well for some reason and, 2. this leaves an unpleasant aftertaste with me. I think the product would be fantastic for someone without my issues.
I suspect that this protein powder is much healthier than another brand that I really like but, there’s just something about the flavor of this that I don’t like at all.
I went without it for a couple weeks and realized that was a bad idea. I felt that my body was lacking something and realized i had been without it.
I trust the testing of allinnutritionals products. I appreciate the ingredients added and not added. This is my 2nd purchase and I am pleased with the product.

I started on ancient energy and the first few times I drank it, I thought oh I can’t do this! But I kept going. I was so addicted to the unhealthy caffeine drinks full of carbs and sugar and bad products but very flavorful and addicting that I craved that. After a few days on ancient energy, not only did I feel better and have more energy but I felt myself again. There’s no crash, no jitters, no sweats, no anxiety. My body needed this change terribly.
