This has been a great one for our family keeping us more regular than before it’s funny how you think your fine until you put something good in your body that it has been needing.
My family and I have noticed that with taking this product alongside the cleanse you can really eliminate more than what we were before this one is a must to take for healthy bowels.
I absolutely love this product in only a week of taking this product I just feel better I’m really going to the bathroom now and it has helped my youngest daughter go to the bathroom instead of just her going once a day or not even pooping that day to pooping at least 2 times in a day after just a week that’s a win for me. But not to mention my husband and I just feel better and he is able to actually poop more normal too.
I had just recently starting getting really bad indigestion and heartburn after eating at first it was to just certain spicey foods but then it starting getting worse to where it was almost most of the time that I would eat and I was having to take tums very regularly to get some relief which isn’t good to be taking all then time or actually any time. But since starting this product only a week ago this one product has been so wonderful for me my indigestion and heartburn has went away and I don’t have that bloating feeling like I used to after eating either. I will say this is a must for my household and I only take one capsule with breakfast and then I take one capsule with dinner that has worked great for me and my husband takes two capsules at dinner which has been great for me with not feeling bloated after eating.
I can feel this immediately when taking this product especially after a run when it’s hot and humid or if I have just been outside at the pool and need some electrolytes in my body. I love the taste cause you can just taste the minerals that you need and you feel great after taking it.
This is the first time I have ever taken any type of creatine before and all I can say are good things it has literally helped me improve in my daily workouts when I’m lifting weights to when I go for a run. I can really feel the difference in my recovery and my performance this will be one product I will always take.
What I noticed with this one is there is no after taste. It’s very smooth tasting even in just water adding it to your ancient energy and ancient hydration though it’s even better can’t wait to add it to a protein shake.
I have only been taking this one product for a week about a week all I can say is it’s my fat the best I have noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails and also in my joints and it’s has been amazing for my husband he is in construction work hurt his knee about 2 months ago it’s finally slowing starting to feel much better swelling has went down honestly it just amazed me especially since for the last 13 years we had been taking an organic sulfur from the company we had been with and when you only have to take 1 teaspoon of this product and are seeing results so quickly you know there is no comparison.

Received yesterday! I have 5 kids ages 10 and under and they all tried with water and absolutely loved the taste! It definitely would go good in a fruit smoothie or protein! I cannot wait to see results in a few weeks! Only downfall is this will take me 4 bags a month for all 5 kids but that’s okay! My kids need the vitamins and they eat very healthy but we still do not get all of our vitamins in from our soil and foods! I’m so pumped! Can’t wait to try the other products in kids line :) nice smooth vanilla taste!
For years, I’ve had an ongoing skin issue on my face that causes dryness, red patches, itching and burning. I recently was given this product to try, and after having tried it for a few days, I can say: it holds up! The cooling cream feels so good on my face. The symptoms did not appear throughout the day as usual after topical application. I have tried cream prescribed by a dermatologist, hydrocortisone cream, and several products by one of my trusted brands, Aveeno. I will be keeping a jar of this in my cabinet as part of my daily routine! A+
My kids and I love the Chocolate EZ Plant Protein! My daughter uses it in her Ninja Creamy to make us ice cream and it is so good! It is much better than store bought ice cream with cleaner ingredients and lots of protein. We also use it in protein pancakes. There are so many ways you can use this protein powder other than just drinking it as a shake. We love the chocolate flavor! It is not chalky at all and tastes great in anything we add it too!
I'm just not a fan of the Peach-Mango so I rated it a 2. The Lemon-Lime is good, I would rate it a 4.
I put these in my ginger tea every evening. They are wonderful when they plump up in the hot water. The perfect level of sweetness and a powerhouse of nutrients. They even help me with satiety overnight and through to my 16:8 fasting window. Great value pack will definitely be ordering again soon because I'm almost out!
