Favorite Smoothie:

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 avocado1 sprig mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp of organic coconut sugar, organic monk fruit or liquid stevia if you can tolerate the bitter stevia aftertaste
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 scoop All-In Jungle Greens
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup water (less water for thicker shake, more for thinner)

Blend and enjoy!!

Favorite Green Juice:

  • 1 scoop All-In Jungle Greens
  • 1/2 lemon

    Mix with purified water to fill the glass. Stir and enjoy!

Detox Green Smoothie:

  • 1 stalk kale, stemmed
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 lemonpinch of ginger
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 pear, peeled and chopped
  • 1 sprig mint leaves
  • 1 scoop All-In Jungle Greens
  • 1/2 cup water (less water for thicker shake, more for thinner)
  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup ice
