Favorite Smoothie:
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado1 sprig mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp of organic coconut sugar, organic monk fruit or liquid stevia if you can tolerate the bitter stevia aftertaste
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 scoop All-In Jungle Greens
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup water (less water for thicker shake, more for thinner)
Blend and enjoy!!
Favorite Green Juice:
- 1 scoop All-In Jungle Greens
- 1/2 lemon
Mix with purified water to fill the glass. Stir and enjoy!

- 1 stalk kale, stemmed
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 lemonpinch of ginger
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 pear, peeled and chopped

- 1/2 cup water (less water for thicker shake, more for thinner)
