All-In Nutritionals™ Hydrating Lemon-Lime Smoothie featuring Ancient Energy

  • 8 fluid ounces of coconut water
  • 1 cup of organic spinach
  • 1/2 medium organic banana
  • 2 stalks organic celery
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed, organic lemon
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed, organic lime
  • 1/2 scoop Jungle Greens
  • 1 1/2 scoops Ancient Energy
  • Liquid organic stevia or organic monk fruit (optional and only to be used as needed, for sweetness)
  • 1 handful ice cubes

Blend and enjoy! Remember, you can make enough for 2 servings. This will stay fresh for several days. Now, pat yourself on the back because you just consumed one of the most potent (STRONG) smoothies that you may have ever consumed!

All-In Nutritionals™ Ancient Energy Orange Julius

  • 2 cups organic orange juice
  • 1 cup organic almond or oat milk
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic monk fruit (optional and increase or decrease for desired sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup alkaline water
  • 1 raw egg (this is optional, but as many of us know, the original Orange Julius contained raw egg)
  • 1 1/2 scoops Ancient Energy
  • 1 1/2 scoops grass fed bovine collagen (try to use one with "Insta-sorb" so it breaks down properly and does not clump)

Blend and enjoy! Remember, you can increase the above recipe to make enough for 2 or 3 servings. This will stay fresh for several days. Now, pat yourself on the back because you just consumed one of the most potent (STRONG) smoothies that you may have ever consumed!

All-In Nutritionals™ Energy Protein Balls

2 cups, organic, gluten free rolled oats
¾ cup, organic nut butter (can use almond, hazelnut, or peanut)
1.5 scoop chocolate protein powder
1.5 scoop Pure Collagen
1.5 scoop of Ancient Energy  
2 scoops or 4 TBS of organic chia seed 
¼ cup organic MCT oil 
¾ cup organic dark chocolate morsels  

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl except chocolate morsels.  
  2. Mix.  
  3. If the consistency is somewhat dry, you can add some water until everything is mixed nicely. The MCT oil helps with the consistency as well. You want everything moistened enough so you can form the balls.  
  4. Add morsels and mix again.  
  5. Form into balls and place in the fridge so they harden up. You can double this recipe and freeze to have them on hand!

These are great to eat by themselves or in yogurt, crumbled up, topped with the Ultimate Snack Mix. Enjoy! 😊

  • ½ cup frozen organic fruit of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, mango, etc.) 
  • 1 organic frozen packet of acai (you can find these in frozen section in most stores with frozen fruit) 
  • 1 handful of ice 
  • 1 whole organic banana 
  • ¾ cup organic almond milk (or nut milk of your choice) 
  • 1 scoop of berry protein powder 
  • 2 scoops or 4 TBS organic chia seed 
  • 2 TSP organic MCT oil 
  • 2 droppers Agapē Herbals™ Protect 
  • 2 droppers All-In Nutritionals™ Vitamin D3 + K2 (Mk-7)
  • 1 scoop Pure Collagen
  • 1.5 scoop Ancient Energy 
  • 1 scoop Jungle Greens
  • 1 TSP organic honey

 

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. If the smoothie is too thick you can add more milk or water, or keep it on the thicker side and you can serve it as a smoothie bowl and top with fresh fruit, healthy granola, and the Ultimate Snack Mix. Enjoy!
